Mark grew up in Danville, Va. and attended Radford University to complete his Bachelor of Science Degree. After graduation in 2003, he began his insurance career with Lavinder Group and took ownership in 2018. Currently he resides in Pittsylvania County with his family.  With twenty years of experience, Mark has continued to grow and remains relevant with constant changes within the insurance industry. His focus has always been to serve his community with exceptional service and integrity.

As the business has grown, he has needed to expand by adding additional valuable employees. Mark’s main role at Lavinder Group is maintaining and growing the group market as well as handling day to day operations. In Mark’s spare time he enjoys hiking and biking and spending quality time with his family. Also, he enjoys various forms of activities such as CrossFit, running/walking, and yard work.
